VirGo (Vientiane Integrated Urban Information GIS-based Opendata Platform) is collaboratively operated by DHUP (Department of Housing and Urban Planning), PTI (Public Works and Transport Institute) and DPWT (Department of Public Works and Transport) in Vientiane Capital in order to manage the implementation and digital city planning including opening the urban information and sharing, urban development and construction permit in Vientiane Capital.
VirGo has been developed by JICA’s assistance and has officially launched on September 26 in 2023 at 4th Urban Management Platform (UMP).
